Payroll Services (In-House)

All payroll services at E Giles Book-keeping are completed fully in-house, ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and a high level of attention to detail. Whether you have one employee or a growing team, we manage the entire payroll process for you.

Our payroll services include:

• Processing weekly or monthly payroll from timesheets or email instructions
• Starter and leaver administration
• PAYE, National Insurance, and statutory payment calculations
• Issuing payslips to employers (with the option to email employees directly)
• Submission of all RTI filings to HMRC
• Year-end payroll submissions
• Ongoing payroll support for changes throughout the year

We also manage workplace pensions, including:

• Setting up pensions for employers and employees
• Auto-enrolment duties and ongoing compliance
• Submitting pension contributions to providers such as NEST

CIS Returns for Contractors

For contractors operating under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), we provide monthly CIS return services to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
